    John George Esposito

    August 21, 1932 - January 28, 2022

    John George “Jack” Esposito 89 of Charlotte NC passed away January 28, 2022 at his home. He was born August 21, 1932 in Bell Harbor, New York to the late John and Madeline Overton Esposito. Jack was a veteran of the United States Air Force and spent 4 years in Korea. After the Air Force Jack spent time and enjoyed living in Long Beach, New York. He retired in 1994 from the Federal Aviation Administration and was a Union Representative. Jack enjoyed golfing and enjoyed going on cruises with his wife Millie, He was a great Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He was a member of the VFW and also the Lido Men’s Golf Club. Survivors include his wife Mildred (Millie), his children and their spouses; Chris ( Sue), Jess ( Dawn), Mitch ( Kelly) Leslie and Susie. His Grandchildren; Ashley, Sandi, Christopher, Jess, Craig, Jackie, Nikki, Sean, Blanca, and John Bolton. His brother and sisters; Marie, Richie and Jean. Also, Jack and Millie enjoyed their little black poodle Fifi. Jack enjoyed Long Beach, he loved talking a walk down the block to take a dip on a hot day, loved relaxing and having a beer on the front porch and listening to his music. He loved spending time with family and was very involved with his kids and the multitude of sports they all played through the early years. Jack would often take a stroll to the local VFW to have a beer with his friends and always would carry and golf club on the way. The family will receive friends Sunday January 30, 2022 from 2:00PM until 4:00PM at Heritage Funeral Home, 3700 Forest Lawn Drive Matthews, NC
