Jordan Cody Rorie

November 29, 1990 - February 14, 2022

On February 14, 2022 Jordan Cody Rorie of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away peacefully in his sleep at home and went to be with our Heavenly Father. Jordan was born November 29, 1990 in Monroe, North Carolina. Jordan graduated from E E. Wadell High School in 2008 and went on to work at PetSmart in Pineville. He later pursued a career with Allstate Insurance Company where he has been for the past 10 years. Jordan was full of love and kindness. He was very sensitive to animals and loved children. Jordan enjoyed music, wrestling, and over the past few years developed a love and real talent for baking. Jordan's passing on Valentines Day is an eternal reminder of the love he carried and shared with everyone. Jordan is survived by his mother, Eva (Londi) Sloan of Indian Trail NC, his father Walter (Butch) Rorie of Pineville NC, his loving partner Brandon Davis of Charlotte NC, his brother Trey (Tracy) of Conway SC, his sister Shaunda (Sam) of Raleigh NC, his sister Casey of Mabank TX, his brother Wayne (Jackie) of Waxhaw NC, his brother Dylan of Indian Trail NC, his grandmothers Ann (CB) Griffin of Monroe NC, Carolyn Oxendine of Indian Trail NC and his beloved nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of life on February 24, 2022 at 11AM at Heritage Funeral Home Indian Trail Chapel located at 4431 Old Monroe Road Indian Trail, NC 28079. A visitation will be held from 10-11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations to be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Humane Society of Charlotte.
