Jeanette Eagger-Scott Of Charlotte, NC Mrs. Eagger-Scott, 74, passed away on March 6, 2022. Jeanette was born on February 12, 1948, in Okolona, MS to Frank and Lady B. Eagger. Jeanette spent her formative years as a resident of Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Northern High School in Detroit, MI and Detroit College of Business in Madison Heights, MI with an Associate’s Degree. She retired from Carolina Medical Center after 26 years. She worked in the Patient Accounting department handling medical billing. Jeanette was a member of One Way Baptist church in Charlotte, NC. She enjoyed reading books, from crime and suspense to religious studies. She loved to travel to new places especially those where she could enjoy the ocean. She was also a movie buff and enjoyed watching them in her free time. She was a loving person who enjoyed time with her family and caring for the needs of others. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching them grow and change. She leaves to cherish loving memories: Edward “Scotty” Eagger of Detroit, MI; Brian Eagger of Detroit, MI; April Gilmore (Michael) of Charlotte, NC; mother Lady B. Eagger; brothers, Robert Eagger (Laynette), Everson Eagger (Sharon), Bruce Eagger, Jerome Eagger (Greta) all of Detroit, MI; and grandchildren, Jeremy Eagger of Detroit, MI; Aaron and Miles Gilmore of Charlotte, NC; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives that she loved dearly. Jeanette was preceded in death by her father, Frank Eagger and three brothers, Frank, James, and Willie. The family will be having a private ceremony in Detroit, Michigan at a later date.
